I came to Palm Beach Tan due to lack of customer service at the LA Tan I was going to. I came on a Sunday at 6:30, (30 minutes before they close) And told the tanning consultant that I wanted To be respectful of their time, Since I knew that they were closing soon. Jerry went above and beyond to take his time to tell me about all of their membership benefits. I ended up signing up for an unlimited spray tan membership. Jerry even took extra time to make sure that I was comfortable in the tanning booth, and also explain to me all the upgrades they offer. He was so welcoming and made it hard for me to not want to come back. Keep him forever!

I went there for the first time today to do a spray tan. I didn’t get his name, but the young man at the front desk was an absolute gem. A ray of sunshine. Friendly, sweet, patiently walked me through and explained everything to me. Night and day difference than other experiences I’ve had at different salons. He was wonderful! I love my spray tan too. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I will be back!

Walked in as a newbie, never got a tan before at a place like this. Jerry was super helpful and showed me the different tanning beds, packages, etc. Was super patient and helpful! Place was super clean and I had a great experience!
