Everything was as promised. Built to plan. Workers were very friendly. Very Knowledgeable. Clean. Efficient. Skilled. I inspected everything every day. The Craftsmanship was impeccable. The Joliet Building Inspector stated, "I never have any problem with Matrix work", you know you're in good hands. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Recommend.
We attended a matrix open house and made an appt for them to provide us a quote. We appreciated matrix, they provided options and offered financing in order for us to complete our basement. The pros, was their time management and ability to work with our family. Shout out to Victor our project manager. He was patient and always answered our questions. Shout out to Peter as well! He was great to work with us on the design and concept of our basement. Recommend matrix!
We are very satisfied with the beautiful basement Matrix just finished. The project was done on time and all the teams involved were very professional and meticulous. The assigned project manager was in constant communication and did a great job with the coordination. The only negative is the unpleasant and pushy salesman that was assigned to us.
