Having M&M replace my roof, gutters and soffits was one of the best decisions I could have made. They were professional, timely, and the work they did was truly amazing. The best part of the experience was the communication. They regularly reached out to provide updates on everything from ordering, material delivery, start times and completion. M&M will be my 1st call next time I need work done.
I had 2 windows replaced by Jerek and his associate. Extremely professional, excellent work, cleaned up everything. He even put back up the blinds and curtains. They cleaned up all materials. Beautiful windows, and they did beautiful work. Right now, I had a visit from the supervisor, Chris Lopez. He inspected the work and took pictures as well. So far, very pleased.
Shingles needed replacement along with some caving of the roof. Service was delayed due to weather which is understandable. Initial roof color was difficult to match as was explained however a closer color option was available which we were not made privy to. M&M did respect our disappointment and were willing to have the shingles exchanged to the closer color option. This delayed the time frame of the project further. The caving was not fully fixed but we were told it may be due to the length of time since house was built and underlying wood planks. We would’ve rather preferred to be directed with how we may go about fixing that rather than just a plausible cause.... read full review
