Was referred to JM by a family friend from neighborhood. They came out to inspect property as we were in area of storms at the time. Our field guy was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining and answering our questions. Gave us enough reassurance to go through with them with our insurance and got approved and let me tell you from start to finish new roof one day gutters another single separate day all in all it was about 2 2 1/2 week experience and well worth it. Indiana customer. These guys were site survey damage to a neighbor near by. Figured worth a shot to see what they had to say. I spoke to the gentleman. He stopped on way out. Told me about his company leght of time and where they were based. I said you do work in Indiana and he said yes sir my office is here locall and the Corp off is is Illinois. He gave my roof a quick once over told me what he thought and said you have a very very strong case here. I really was impressed with knowleged. I have to say these guys went above and beyond what was expected. They worked with me and fought to get my denied claim successfully overturned (state farm). And the time frame all things considersd with what's going on in the world was highly acceptable . Good workmanship quality materials warranty in wrightng and provided from mfg as well. I was also impressed with the gutter work that was fabd on site very clean. These guys did me right. If I need future work there on speeddail to my go to roofing needs.
