Always a pleasant experience and she listen to what you want I have been with Jacq for I think around 12 years
Jacqui is delightful to talk with every few weeks for my haircut. She has been very flexible with rescheduling as well when my kids have been sick or whatnot. Shop is in the delightful Arlington Heights downtown area as well which makes it even more fun.
