OK, it's only been two days with the new furnace, but so far I am impressed. The sales process was very low-pressure, the installers were on time and professional, and they said they would bill me in a couple of weeks! What company installs a furnace without requiring pre-payment? They trust me, so I'll trust them.

Our heating/air system was in need of updating. Ibbotson has an excellent reputation so we called. Dan, Aturo, and another Dan they were mentoring showed up right on time. They were professional, easy going, and answered any questions my husband had. They worked hard for two days to install our new system. My husband is a retired electrical engineer. When they were finished my husband , with his critical inspection, said it was the best installation he had ever seen. We highly recommend Ibbotson for their professionalism and fair pricing.
