When our furnace started making a grinding noise, we considered all the various companies to call, some with catchy jingles or commercials. Then we placed a service call to Ibbotson. We are so happy we did!
George arrived and assessed the issue. While fixable, our 40 year old furnace would best be retired and replaced with a more efficient one. The next day, Dan and Drew arrived on time. They laid down tarps to protect our floors and got to work in the basement.
They removed the old, installed the new, updated some electrical and customized needed duct work. They installed a new thermostat, helped us connect to it and cleaned up after themselves.
