As an Employee I love working for this company. The respect and how much they care about their employees and their clients are A1. This company is nothing like any other home care companies . I use to feel like at least I know the person I’m caring for is getting quality health care at some of the other companies. Not this one if you have a worker from here you have someone who really cares. I haven’t met one employee that rubbed me the wrong way. It’s like we all have the same spirit when it comes to helping others. I love love love this company.
This is such a nice company to work for. They treat the employees and clients really well! They offer ongoing training & fun events too!They are super patient and no matter who you speak with in the office, they all are willling to help in every way possible!
The team at For Papas Sake (FPS) is far above the rest. We had worked with several agencies over the years for assistance with my grandparents and FPS definitely stands apart from the rest. The management team is proactive and responsive - they don’t just wait for issues to arise rather they anticipate potential needs and act quickly. They are compassionate and not focused on their bottom line which from a clients perspective, was such a breath of fresh air. We had a huge sense of comfort working the entire FPS team and highly recommend!
