Our electric meter and electric post were torn from our house by a fallen tree. Faza came over right away during the storm, replaced everything and got our power back on before ComEd came! They were wonderful!
Faza Electric Services are the best in the business. Required a reasonable deposit upfront and the rest upon completion. They had nearly immediate availability but could not complete the project due in part by a light that was backordered (accomodating a specific light I had requested, not their fault). They never once pressured me for another payment while we waited for the light and when it was back in stock about 3 weeks later they promptly reached out to schedule the last of the work. From the first phone call they were very responsive. They got me in with in the week which I loved, they were on time, professional, very clean, laid down tarps and cleaned up after themselves. I also liked that they gave me an estimate over the phone with a ball park figure instead of trying to charge a service fee of over $100 just to come out(like a few places I called) I will definitely be using them again.Services: Fan installation
