The overall pool selection and installation process with Downes has been fantastic! We worked with Jim to finalize our selections and he remained as the single point of contact throughout the entire process. Jim was honest, responsive, and available with any questions and was on-point with any issues that came up. We had the best experience building our pool with Downes. From the conception of the project with the owner, Mike to the execution with our project manager, Brian--every single thing went smoothly. The follow up and attention to detail has been amazing. And we are very happy with the way they service our pool for us for weekly cleanings, too. We LOVE our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone considering putting in a pool.
