Had another company come out to look at my HVAC which wasn’t cooling. They told me my system had to be replaced at a cost of $6600. The technician came out from Douglas, located the leak, repaired the leak at a reasonable price. Reliable company taking the time to look for the problem and solve it.Service: Repair HVAC

I have used Douglas for years but only recently realized how they compare to other companies so favorably. They are a smallish business but provide large company service. I can always reach a human, anytime time day or night. This last Chicago winter solidified my appreciation for Douglas. I took them for granted until I heard complaints from neighbors about other companies they used. Their prices are very reasonable, and their servicemen are respectful of clean floors. Five stars!
