I used Crown Roofing and Masonry to do a roof repair. I urge everyone to find a different business. The repair did not work; it was barely an attempt with inexperienced workers. They did not adequately troubleshoot my issues but instead blindly applied caulk everywhere. I approached them when water leaked in various locations, including my living room. But even with an explicit warranty they asked for additional money to fix. They quickly became nonresponsive, and I am trying to tell everybody to avoid this business. My next step is to file a complaint with the Attorney General and seek legal action.

These guys are crooks. They take your $. Tell you the service includes a 2 year warranty. Do not fix the problem and then will return your calls. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I am unsure if this business is still operational. They installed a flat roof for me 3 years ago. The roof developed a leak that I need fixed, but they have been unresponsive to my messages. The business appeared closed when I attempted to stop by.Service: Roof installation
