Great company to work with. Had a problem with a 8' piece of trim that had come off of our house from a Hardie installation 2 years ago. They were out To my house in less then 2 days and the piece was reinstalled and they did not Charge us. If I have any type of work to be completed around the house Chicagoland Builders is my first call.
I deal with contractors all the time being a landlord and I want to save you time by letting you know that Chicagoland Builders Inc is one of the best!!! Michael the owner is straight to the point and will give you a good price and more importantly he is prompt and very professional. They are a one stop shop with a big operation doing everything and has a great crew. More importantly, the work is top notch and guaranteed, so you can trust it and won’t disappear for any issues or touch ups. Integrity comes to mind if I have one word to incapsulate my experience with CBI and I hope this helps you evaluate when choosing a contractor.
We had a tremendous amount of exterior work done recently at our home by Chicagoland Builders. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with their team of professionals. They completed the needed painting and repair, replaced our siding, gutters, fascia and soffits with high quality material (Hardie siding) on time and under budget. They cleaned up and left our home’s exterior never looking better. We highly recommend their team and would not hesitate to use Chicagoland Builders again.
