It was an absolute pleasure to work with Atomatic. From the woman who called me to set up the timing of the service call, through completion of the repair we were impressed with how friendly, knowledgable and helpful everyone from Atomatic was.The service technician Adam came out and was impressively helpful. He not only resolved the problem, but did some on-the-fly education so that if the problem arises in the future I don’t shut the power off to the furnace while trying to reset it and making it impossible- to see the trouble code…like I might have done this time.He worked quickly in the face of interruption as he patiently answered loads of questions from me initially... read full review

Can't say enough good things about this company ... the ease of everything from appointment setup with Mary to the services rendered by Ivan and Victor. Very efficient, everyone so professional and knowledgeable, and super friendly! ... that's refreshing to work with people who come into your home and they are personable and enjoy their jobs. I needed help with our thermostat, and had horror stories with scheduling companies and the amount they charged. We live in a high-rise, and some companies won't even touch our HVAC system.
