I was seen as an immediate referral from Northwest Community Hosp. I had a severe eye injury with am orbital fracture. Saw Dr. Deana LaBrosse at AH Physicians within 10 minutes of getting to her offices, 5 minutes away from NWCH. The injury was obvious and ugly. Dr LaBrosse, was professional and exam was extremely thorough. She made me feel less stressed, and very considerate. She called in a steroid eye drop RX and immediately had me consult with Dr. Senad Osmanovic to be absolutely sure I did not suffer any retina damage. Dr, Senad is the best. I have been seeing him for years and he basically saved my vision so I could continue to work. In regard to the efficiency of the office staff, I haven't found wait times to be extraordinarily long - certainly not any worse than at any other provider office I've been to. And I've always found the techs to be polite during examinations as well.
Everyone is very friendly and answers questions I might have. Dr Dikopf is a wonderful and kind doctor. I feel very comfortable in the care he is giving me. Our eye sight is very important.
