i was very impressed with the sales lady fran and her expertise and knowledge. she knew the absolute best flooring material and color to match the room and decor. the installer Rob was true genius and perfectionist at installing my floor. i have had other companies do work in my home and i was completely unsatisfied and had nothing but problems. with fran and rob it was completely the opposite. nothing but true professionals. i would recommend them to anyone that needs flooring work.
