Ginette is very passionate and knowledgeable. She takes her time, listens, and is thorough. The facility is clean, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend and look forward to my acupuncture treatments. Scheduling is extremely easy and hassle-free.
Ginette was very sweet, compassionate, and very professional. I'm living another state. My sick friend is living in Arlington heights area. I visited her to try to help her. I found Ginette on Yelp. My time was very limited. I called Ginette. Her schedule was all booked that day. She knew our situation and she decided to see her that day. I'm sure she sacrificed her lunch time. Ginette listened my friend very carefully and worked on acupuncture. I know acupuncture is not only one time treatment. But I wanted my friend to give it a try. Ginette is by far is one the kindest and most caring providers. Her knowledge is astounding and she helped me in countless ways that I am forever grateful for. I’ve seen so much improvement while working with her and I cannot recommend her enough!
