“Connor and Kevin installed our new hot water heater on Monday after I made an emergency call on Saturday that the old one was leaking, etc. Joe was out within a couple hours on Saturday to assess the situation after Emily had contacted him. They ordered a new hot water heater and had it installed as promised by Monday. Connor and Kevin did an amazing job and were very kind and informative. Turns out is not so much of a problem at this time and possibly never will be. They explained to me what the pipe was for and what to watch for. Very knowledgeable, took there time to explain and didn't charge me anything. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber!“
