“I started my therapy with a frozen shoulder. I could hardly lift anything, reach the cabinet above me, let alone walk without my shoulder aching. Carla, with the help of Kate and Ryan, patiently helped me, gave me some exercises and movements that loosen my shoulder back. After some dry needling and home exercises, I was able to move without pain and reach my back and everything above me. The staff are very friendly and the schedule given to me were convenient.
