“Our family has been so happy with the lawn and weedwacking service of Tognarelli Lawn Care. Pete and his crew are hard working and a pleasure to do business with. We will use their services as long as they are in business. We have always done all the property needs here. Due to a family emergency, we could not keep up with it. So I wanted to stay locally to a small business. I called 9 businesses in IL and just over the WIS line. Pete called me back and we set apt and he came out we walked and talked about property and our needs here. . The next Monday became our day. It had rained so much, just a wet spring and early summer. Every time the crew came, most was underwater. They would do what ever they could. They always do a great job. Our mower completely done, no fixing it .. We still have the lawn service. It has been one less responsibility ( chore ) for us. We would highly recommend Tognarelli Lawn Care of Antioch, IL

“Steve Albert’s did a fantastic job on my project. He took on my project when most other companys I called did not want to even bid my project. He completed an inspection that the county required. He designed a septic plan and installed a new septic tank for me. All work was done on time and was very professional. “Martin and his team did an AMAZING job on my house along with my Brother in laws house. Martin was quick to give us an estimate on what we needed and the price was very fair compared to others. He had built me a pad for our shed and had a great idea to wrap it with dirt so my wife can plant flowers around the shed. He also build us a pad I needed and also another pad for my brother in laws house. Everything is straight as an arrow and level. Couldn't be happier with his work and attention to detail!! Were actually using him again to rip out our existing concrete patio and to lay pavers down with awesome ideas he had.I highly recommend Martin and his team for any hardscape/Landscape!! We had some junipers removed, which were close to our small pumpkin patch, and they took care to not to disturb the vines in anyway. I would definitely hire them again in the future.“

“First of all, the gentleman's name is Tolo. This is the 2nd time we have used Herrera for our landscaping project. From the initial contact to completion was about a 7 days..max 10 days. Tolo communicated frequently and responded to my text message within two hours, most of the time 1 hour. I love their work and the crew has always been friendly and respectable. I highly recommend Herrera for any landscaping project. The key is to communicate and ensure you explain your vision. Tolo does make recommendations however, he is very respectful of the homeowners decisions. The work completed the first time was landscaping around the house, several trees mulched, and a beautiful stone walk way with complementing plants. Currently, he is regrading the back yard and constructing a timber retaining wall.“

Not only are by far the best landscapers I've ever worked with - they are the best contractor I've ever worked with. They are fair in their pricing and do great work. Shabica, the coastal and bluff engineering firm, was so impressed with their bluff work and limestone steps, they use it as their example of how bluff work should be done (for a much better price than other landscapers).“

“As of late, Branch Manager Frank Babcock and I are getting to know each other better as we work together and straighten out wrinkles such as the severe scraping of our driveway this past Winter. He came out and he mentioned that he would instruct the snow removal crew this snow season to raise the Bobcat blade and hand shovel or snow blow the remaining couple of inches.My father of blessed memory told me you can tell the character of a person or company,not when things go well,but when there are problems and their involvement in solving such.If things go this winter as discussed I will raise a 4* rating which is excellent to possibly a 5* rating which is amazing.Incidentally, Frank was very helpful in guiding Linda and I to add plantings for our property's clay soil base. Two of the plants are not thriving and Frank immediately said he would replace them. He like I are men of our word.I advise calling the vompany and mention this review when you request Mr. Babcock.Bruce Portnoy“
