So I have probably the most difficult property to get rid of bugs on... 1. Channel front on one side with stagnant water. 2. Protected wetlands on the back side. 3. Lush flower beds EVERYWHERE. (My yard looks like the botanical gardens 😂) All major breeding grounds for mosquitoes. We just closed on the house in late June and the bugs were making our yard completely unbearable after dusk. I called around and asked some of the bigger companies questions about the product they used and if it would be safe for my dog who is just a little guy. None of these larger companies could answer my questions with confidence about what product they used or how safe it was for a smaller dog. The other companies also make you sign a contract. I was not happy with the lack of information I was being given. Being a small buisness owner myself I decided to look for another small business to spray. I found Dan at hurricane and he had a straight forward and honest answer to every single question I could possibly ask. He was so patient he even talked to my mother (who had to ask questions about her grand-dog) over the phone and re-explained everything. He sprayed the yard and we had a 75% improvement. He warned me upfront that it may not work the first time because we have so much going on with water and wet lands. He came back a 2nd time as promised and sprayed the flower beds and mosquito hot spots and now we are mosquito free!!!!! I can officially sit on my patio at night and enjoy a drink. It’s amazing! While he was here he also identified a huge carpenter ant issue and got that under control for us! I will 100% be using Dan at hurricane’s services for as long as I own this property.
