It was a pleasure working with Jim, Steve and Mike from communicating with Jim, visiting his store to look at the different types of carpet, him coming over to get measurements and send me the quote to Mike and Steve coming to remove and install the new carpet to cleaning up after they were done. I need to get my basement carpet replaced (a future project) and I will be reaching out to Jim when the time comes.“
