John is amazing! He is prompt, reasonably priced, and dependable. He's taken care of our heating and cooling needs for over a decade now and I can't imagine going to anyone else. He's done everything from service our furnace and air conditioner to installing a new water heater and whole house humidifier. Hard working and honest. Can't recommend him enough!

This guy rules! John went to my house on a holiday weekend at night. He actually waited for my tenants for a while and when they were late, he took it upon himself to look into the open cellar to find the water heater. he had the problem fixed before the tenant got back to my rental house to move in. He was very professional and honest and his rate was more than reasonable!! I will use him for all future problems i might have.

One of my furnaces went out this past week. The furnace was installed new when I had the house built 11 years ago. I hadn't had any service done to it since it was installed so I didn't know anyone to call to have it repaired. No being from this area I ask a few of my friends if they had anyone to recommend. I was given a couple of names but the individuals we out of town and would be able to get to it for 4 or 5 day. Not know anyone and fearing just calling anyone in the phone book I decided to look on line to see if I could find a reputuble person to fix my furnace. I was supprised that I could only find one recommendation in north east IL near my home and the was Dabek H&C on yelp. Rather then takinig a chance and calling someone in the phone book I decided to contact Dabek H&C to do my repair. Well my furnace is fixed and working well. I was really please with John, he was very professional, he took time to explain what he was going to do, and as I watched, he explained what he doing and what he expected as results. He was very thorough, found the problem and only replaced the failed part. He didn't try to sell anything else I didn't need, only the bad part. I felt the price he charged me was fair consider the time he spent doing the repair. I wouldn't heistate to use him again in the future.
