Kevin and crew are prompt, courteous, professional and really know their stuff. In particular a shout-out to Tony Singer. He has been out many times and is knowledgeable and personable. We have been customers now for two years. Among the services they have provided are a new furnace, air conditioner maintenance, and dryer duct cleaning. It's very easy to contact them via phone, text and email with any issues, questions, or concerns. I highly recommend them. It's great to be able to support a local business.
09/11/2024, Had Comfort Cavalry come and do our routine maintenance on our furnace. Comfort is still maintaining their top quality customer service and Connor, the tech who did the work, has excellent customer service skills. He told us what service was preformed and advised us if there were any issues that needed to be addressed in the near future. At no time did Connor try and high pressure us into any services. We will continue to use Comfort Cavalry for our heating and air conditioning needs, and because they are locally owned.
