Connor and Kevin installed our new hot water heater on Monday after I made an emergency call on Saturday that the old one was leaking, etc. Joe was out within a couple hours on Saturday to assess the situation after Emily had contacted him. They ordered a new hot water heater and had it installed as promised by Monday. Connor and Kevin did an amazing job and were very kind and informative.
