I switched over here bc I was told they cared more about the pet and weren't money hungry like Banfield. My referral person was right. I'd rate the 5 stars if they were more prepared to the visit though. I spent weeks gathering records, and they were supposed to look at it prior to the visit. This didn't happen, but they were accommodating with keeping my lil one out of a cage during a drop off I wasn't comfortable with.

This is very frustrating when I am trying to set up appointments or call and get information about me pets. Not all of the receptionists are rude, but there are 1 or 2 that I have dealt with that make me hesitant to even call the vet. More than once I have called and hung... read full review
