Friendly place to workout and I love the message bed after a good workout.
It’s really clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, it’s not too crowded, and it has everything I need/want to workout. The hydro massage chairs/bed are amazing!!! I haven’t tried the other Black Card perks yet (as I’ve only been going a week), but so far this was a great decision on my part to join this gym.
Dumbbells only go to 75 lbs. No hack squat or deadlift stations or lower racks. Multiple smith machines. Two leg presses. VERY clean, very new equipment. Lots of space so you usually aren’t crammed next to a bunch of other humans (dumbbell rack can be an exception). Lunk alarm is staff discretion based. I’ve never seen it used in the year that I’ve been a member. You have to be pretty obnoxious to get it used at this location. Morning staff is friendly, attentive and actually cleans regularly. Faulty equipment (like pads wearing out) are quickly replaced with new equipment. Black card membership provides tanning and hydro massage rooms and guest option. Recommended as a secondary, more limited gym option for those that understand the “working” part of “working out”.
