They had all kinds of promises when we ordered. It took twice as long and was not right when we received our custom piece. They would not do anything to make it right. They said it was our job to modify the custom piece to fit the countertop. Extremely dissatisfied with this establishment!!! Contacting BBB and Attorney General.

We had a custom piece built by this business for a bathroom remodel. The piece took 3 weeks longer than it was qouted by the salesman. Upon installation it was apparent that the vanity would need modifications in order to install the top... Which was ordered and purchased through them. The salesman was extremely rude to my client when she called to inquire why modifications were needed for a custom built vanity and top. Trying to create a path forward to satisfy my clients and complete my project, I reached out and spoke to Justin "the owner". Justin was quick to criticize myself and my employees skill level saying, that "all we had to do was take a scroll saw" to the "custom piece" and it was common that custom pieces had to be modified to fit the top ordered with it. I offered to bring the piece back so he could modify this piece. During this phone call "Justin" hung up on me 6 times... He was also quick to point out to me that it was six times... All the while insulting me and calling me childish. I don't generally write bad reviews. People have bad days... Things get messed up. It's how you respond to those situations that defines you as a person and a business. I would think twice before spending any money with this establishment. Things may not work out as they should and if they don't you may be on your own to figure out a way forward. To risky of a chance to take when your spending the kind of money they charge. Don't risk it.
