I was worried my Lined Bifocals would be dorky looking, lol, but I was surprised and impressed that they were discreet and barely noticeable, save your money and just go with the lined ones if you need them, also EVERYONE at Crown was friendly & professional. ?

I would have giving 5 stars but we asked for my husband's glasses to be mailed to the OFallon IL store and the girl put them in the computer to be shipped to the OFallon MO store. Okay, no problem call and ask for the Missouri store to ship them to the Illinois store? 6 weeks later still no glasses. I call the OFallon IL store they tell me they are still in processing and transfer me to the Alton store. They tell me they we shipped from OFallon MO to OFallon IL 2 weeks ago. But nobody knows where they are! We have called 4x asking about his glasses and everyone gives us a different story. My husband called a week ago and was told a manager would call him back and nobody...read full review

The office is clean. They have people who can do 2 jobs in the office to prevent your wait time. I received my glasses in 10 days from when the order was put in. The best part of Crown Vision is that they accept a wide variety of insurance. So you can just come in and say hello.
