Jacob was very polite, professional, informative, and thorough. He went, in my opinion, beyond the job requested by me to insure the job be done correctly this time as I've had 2 previous plumbers prior to Jacob's call w/I the past 2 yrs. Very thorough, having to climb into my crawl space to investigate the issue further. I was very pleased with his obliging me with my desire to have the job done correctly and he was very pleasant. Thank you.

The technician James quoted the work on 4/8/26 then Ryan came out today 4/16 as promised. The work looks EXCELLENT!!

I originally chose Cardinal Plumbing because I needed a gas line updated. I have since had them repair or replace ( water heater) many other plumbing problems in my 75 year old home. They are always prompt and pleasant and dependable.
