Just had a really nasty encounter with a Presto X exterminator. I asked about the products he was using and he didn't to want me to know what he was using. I asked to just see the products. He reluctantly allowed me to see the name of one of the products and started to refuse to allow me to see the other. He said it was a bait and then asked me the most stupid question possible. "Do you know what bait means?" I said of course, basically it means to attract. I then stated that I wanted to see the product (active ingredients) in case of allergies. (Do you know what Allergy means, Idiot?) But no, I didn't say that, I would never be that rude. This guy was talking on his phone, and sprayed one of the products into the bathroom sink cabinet, not the sides, just into the cabinet where I store personal use items. That was stupid and irresponsible. I mean he was acting like he came here to perform Neurosurgery. Someone should tell him he's an exterminator.
Had two confirmed appointments no shows with this company for squirrels in my soffit I guess third time is the charm hoping they will make this one and not even a follow up call to tell me why apologize reschedule or nothing...I hate that its hard to find companies in my area who can deal with squirrel invasion :(Service: Rodent extermination
Their service technicians are always here when they are expected. Arrive on time. Give our food service operation an thorough inspection. I have used them exclusively for the past 8 years.
