First time using Precision Heating and Cooling. Technician, Ryan came out on time, found the issue and ordered part. Came back with part fixed the furnace and explained what was done. Actually signed up for check up on Air and heating for next year.
Aurelio came out to perform annual maintenance on our furnaces and humidifiers today. He is one of the best tech’s who’s ever serviced our systems. Not only was he efficient, thorough and clean, he took the time to review with me everything that he did.
All of Precision's tech are good, but Aurelio was exceptional.
Jerry was amazing, diagnosed the issue with my humidifier quickly over the phone and was able to send out someone as soon as I confirmed the job next day. Dan was amazing, super professional and explained everything he did for me so clearly. Really great experience and would highly recommend!
