I worked with branch 1902 on a closet and pantry install - and while the quality of the product, in the end, is good, my project has been in the making for nearly a year and is NOT complete. Missing parts and continued lack of communication mean I will not be working with this team again.

My kitchen cabinets were resurfaced in June, 2021 by Home Depot Installation Services in Lombard, IL.The GoodIt took three trips but the subcontractors did a great job - the quality of work is not the issue!The BadAfter the installation, I was left with 22 pieces of molding and 9-8' pieces of laminate. Approximately 60' of molding and at most two sheets of laminate were used. There is enough overage to do almost four more kitchens of this size!The UglyI mentioned this to the Installation Coordinator on the phone and a 7/21 email. I love coming to this location. Marianne, in particular is so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She always helps me find just what I need so I don't wander around aimlessly. I truly appreciate her. Also, the store is clean and organized and the cashiers are friendly.
