I purchased lumbar here to build onto my second story house and when I received it, it looked awful. I felt like I had received lumbar from the reject pile. My husband spent hours looking over all the wood one by one and had to return almost half of it back to them. A lot of the wood was warped, gray, black smudges, crook it and with midline cracks. The longer 16Ft plus wood pieces were the only ones that looked usable and in good shape. The rest was junk. The sales rep had said their wood quality was superior before I bought which was very misleading. The other problem was that when I tried to return the bad wood, they gave me a hard time.
