Been dealing with Frankie for almost a year now. Great barber. Always prompt. Takes 30 minutes, maybe a bit more. I never wait. My cuts always look like the picture I show him (I change my style often). Without question the best barber in Lake Mary/Heathrow. Strongly recommend.
My son loved his haircut, I bring my son here every other week. Eddie hooked him up by making my 5year old feel comfortable he calls him by name listens to him and constantly ask if his ok. Found my regular spot for my son and myself.
I live near UCF and my usual barber was out of town for a month so needed a backup plan. A friend referred me to Top of the Line Barber Cutz. Hair was cut meticulously and really great fade. Needless to say I've been making the long trek here for three months now, lol
