“1st Choice has been amazing! Amy was wonderful and helped me through my lower back joint pain. I went in not knowing what was going on and she immediately knew what to do and gave me a lot of info on what was actually happening me, and created a phenomenal treatment plan for me that worked all the way through. I do a lot of lifting for a job and my pain was debilitating, something I never knew how to fix, until I went here. They made me feel confident in my own body again and I’m able to go out and enjoy the things I want to without the burden of accidentally hurting myself again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They care for you here and I will always recommend them to anyone.“
