“I submitted my claim through my warranty on Saturday night. The owner Mike called me Sunday morning to tell me they would call Monday morning at 730. At 725 Monday morning they called as promised and Kraig said he would be here between 9-10 he was promptly here at 9. He was professional,courtious, and very detailed about the problem and what he was doing. He also fixed a leak that I was aware was a problem and it was all covered under my warranty. We had him install a tankless water heater, a whole house water softener with fleck valve, a whole house carbon filter, switch all the outside faucets to hard and internal soft, install a faucet in the garage, another faucet on the side of the house, replace some saddle value, and raise the shower head in the wall. In the end, a fair price, great service, and a good attitude to boot. I could not ask for a better plumber. Would use him again and recommend to anybody.“
