When I was suffering with severe pain, his staff worked to quickly get me an appointment (basically unheard of for a neurologist). He was extremely thorough in taking my medical history and completing an exam. Furthermore he understood how much I was in pain and distress, he made actionable recommendations to help and was very kind and compassionate. Each step of the way, handling prescriptions and follow up appointments with his practice was a breeze. You can really tell Dr. Durrant cares for his patients and strives for positive health outcomes for them. Furthermore, Christine who handles all patient inquiries as well as billing, is great. Billing was very transparent and easy to handle - which can’t be said for all doctors offices! Across the board I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
