They have an incredible amount of brands and a huge Warehouse. they pay attention to what you need and are quick to explain warranties, densities, how to choose padding and help with colors. My salesman is Rich, accommodating, listening, paying attention to budgets, precise measuring, and honest... Doesn't push one brand over another ... They stand behind the products HOWEVER the only problem is the manufacturers won't do more than just replace the carpeting ...the material...you have to pay for the installation when the carpeting buckles and crushes.... . I would never recommend Shaw carpeting that is polyester ever.

Tim, Don and the installers all were fantastic for us. From the beginning in their show room to helping me pick out the right flooring for us to coordinating install, they made it so easy! Installing on three levels was done so efficiently! Very professional installers! Will definitely use them for all our flooring and tile needs.
