Eric is downright amazing. He has the grip strength of a god. You know that scene in Spiderman where Tom Holland holds two halves of a boat together? I think they just had Eric actually do it and cgi Tom in his place. I went in with WEEKS of back pain that would constantly seize up and he massaged out points in my back I didn't even know I had. I walked out without so much as a spec of tension in my back and neck. If you want a real, targeted massage to alleviate muscle pain book an appointment with Eric.
Eric is an extremely talented and knowledgeable therapist. After opening The Joint Chiropractic Crystal Lake in 2022, I needed to find someone to refer/co-manage our patients who need therapeutic muscle work (our office only does adjustments). I was very happy to find 5 Elements because Eric knows how to work on even the most difficult cases. Every single patient I've sent to Eric has given great reviews on his work.
Eric is a pro. Perfect combination of stretching and massage. This different than deep tissue massage. The focus is more on range of motion maximization to enhance athletic performance. I have personally found that it has helped me in this regard.
