I bought a duplex that had a builders grade gas fireplace. That is really ugly. I was planning on removing it, but the basement is very cold.I thought if the fireplace works, maybe that would take the chill out of the air. Come to find out the fireplace had barely been used and was in good condition! Luis showed me how to use it, and it wasn’t a huge cost factor! I now have a warm basement!

We are very pleased with the instillation of our new fireplace!
