Kiki has redefined the definition of customer service. Everyone who walks into her business is greeted as if they has been fiends for decades. Her attitude is infectious in that if you didn't have the best of days when you first walked in, by the time you leave, you will be walking with a spring in your step.The quality of her work is unparalleled.
