They were always here with the inspectors making sure everything was noted in the reports and they were the contact for the insurance to get the payments processed. They made the process easy for us.

We also updated our roof while they were here and they were easy to work with through the entire process. Even though issues arose, Anthony was able to explain things so we understood which enabled us to make the best decision for us. He was also incredibly responsive when we had questions.
