Very pleased by the service I received today by AJ and would like to add that the other technicians seemed very friendly and did great work on others as well. AJ was very attentive to detail and did a really wonderful job with my full set and pedicure 👍🏻
I came here for the first time hoping it would be my new spot as I work out next door and thought it would be convenient. While my no chip pedicure was as expected, the customer service I received was severely lacking. I felt like I was expected to know the ins and outs of the salon, like the number of the color I wanted (I was never prompted to even look at colors or asked what I wanted until mid way through my pedicure) or if I wanted a basic vs signature pedicure (again was never given a menu of services). I started coming here ever since I joined the gym.
I ABSOLUTELY loved coming here. However, I was super bummed with my last experience. Prior to coming to the nail salon, I told the gentleman that one of my nails had a cracked and to please fix it prior to the manicure.
He ignored me and left it as it was.
Fast Forward, a week later, I come to the salon and ask to please have it fixed. The employees were busy and told me there would be a wait. I had no problem with that since it was 1 nail, AND I was willing to pay, but I guess that didn't matter.
