All I can say is I am majorly disappointed in this company. I took my wedding dress in for cleaning and after reviewing cleaners near me, I chose Farmwood in hopes to support a small, family business. I had eloped in Chicago a month ago, so it was dirty along the hemline from walking around. We had a delayed reception and I was wanting to wear the dress again for those close to us and photo opportunities. When I dropped off the dress in the beginning of October, I had asked to have it back in a couple of weeks, by the 16th. Becky said no problem, they would have it the 13th. No phone calls were made to me, but I stopped by on the 19th and the dress was nowhere to be found. Becky found my ticket in a stack with others, mentioned it must be out to be pressed, and wrote a note to call me. I told her I would be back on the 22nd because I needed it that day. Still no word and becoming a nervous wreck, I had called the afternoon of the 21st to check status, Becky still didn't have the dress! She called me back in a few minutes claiming her boss would have it there by 4pm. I asked for a call when the dress actually arrived so I could pick up. She had called after 4:30p to tell me the dress was there, but they close at 5pm (which is different than what's posted on Google), so I told her I would pick up on the morning of the 22nd. I was hoping with the lack of customer service, the fact the dress wasn't available when promised and that it literally wasn't ready until the day needed, that I would be given a discount. Nope! I arrived 9am on the 22nd for pick up and was charged $50...and it must be cash or check. I was happy to have the dress and when I needed it, and it looked great...until I went to put it on. The cup which was sewn on from the bridal store was barely attached. Thankfully my husband is handy and he was able to tack it into place for me. There also is what looks like a blood stain on the hemline, which seems extremely odd. After all the stress, anxiety and lack of care for my garment, I have to say that they will not retain my business. I'm utterly disappointed, not just with the condition of my dress after pick up, but the subpar customer service, no concern for the unhappy customer or offer to rectify or apologize.

These people are amazing. First visit, as i have no brain, I was leaving in less than a week on international travel and needed Tailoring and cleaning for several articles of clothing and left it till the 11th hour. They met my deadline and everything fit perfectly. Second visit, again without a brain, left myself a little more time but they came through for me with expert service. Cannot stress how great they are. They have my business for life.
