Terribly disorganized. I came in for a scheduled doctor appointment and registered at the front desk. After waiting for 45 min. And becoming overdue for the appt by 30 min, I asked the front desk if there was a problem and learned after much back and forth that they'd registered me for urgent care instead of my appt, causing me to miss the doctors appt entirely. Being new, I had no idea there were two entirely separate health facilities operating out of this location but under the same name which is extremely confusing to a new patient.

Care inside the doctors office was outstanding! The front desk ladies on the 1st floor were terrible! Discriminatory because of my age and how i looked and were very rude and just typical Karen's! I told the nurses and the doctors about my experience with the front desk ladies and they apologized on their behaved and wrote down my experience to give to the manager. The front desk ladies made me 1 HOUR late for my appointment making me walk up and down the stairs for different doctor offices not even trying to check where my appointment was when i was 10 min early. But the front desk ladies on the second floor were outstanding and you need to give them a raise! They helped me out as much as they could to try and find my appointment and really were nice and caring. You should also give the nurses and doctors inside the occupational health a raise for addressing my concerns.

Terrible! it didn't feel like anyone cared what what actually going on. just checking boxes and running tests. The patient was barely touched, concerns were disregarded. I will never go back here and it's tarnished my feelings about the entire system. how sad!
