Paul is a really great personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable about weight training and is an all-around nice guy. I have been working with him for almost 6 months and when I’m plateauing he knows how to switch it up so I continually progress. I highly recommend him!

I have been extremely happy with the results I have gotten, working with Paul. With his Truly Huge program, my progress was noticed after my second session. I got to a good size and then had kids. Working with Paul again, I have lost 80 lbs of "Baby Weight" and "Surgery Recovery Weight", and have started rebuilding muscle mass. This latest feat has been accomplished via electronic correspondence, as I am in Southern California. If you have the great fortune of working with him in person, take full advantage!
