I don't typically go through mechanical car washes, but this was the only local option. My wife's car was covered in bugs from a recent trip, and this place had a "bug brush" which I used to clean most of them off the front of the car while we were waiting to enter. I've never seen that anywhere else, and when when we went through the car wash the "bug brush" seemed to have taken care of it -- the vehicle was cleaner than any mechanical car wash has done.
I have used the automatic bay and have been very happy with my experiences so far. Follow the instructions given by the blinking lights and you are good to go. I had collected a couple of months worth of muck and grime and I was thrilled to "see" my car again.
My car was REALLY DIRTY , so I washed it on most expensive cycle. It did a pretty good ? job. I just wished it did a better job on my windshield. Other than that, my car looked excellent !!!! I would wash my car there AGAIN!!!
