Originally left a 1-star review due to a gift certificate I bought for my daughter and son in law. A medical situation with their daughter didn’t allow them to use it before it expired. I received a call from the manager Michelle. She was very helpful in rectifying the situation and honoring the gift card for my daughter and son in law. As a CMT myself, I am glad that she reached out and provided excellent customer service.
Randy is an amazing massage therapist. He listened to all of my concerns and tries to address the problem so you do not have to keep coming back. You really feel real results after a session.
Love my deep tissue massages, price is a bit high. I actually found another place cheaper and same experience except sunsations has a more secluded area therefore less noise when getting a massage.
