I represent a residential 501C3 in the Magic Valley and contracted with Roto Rooter to clear the main sewer line to the city system. The urgent nature of the work presented itself on a weekend and they immediately sent their technician to our location. KEAGAN was AMAZING! He educated us about the mixed materials used over the years, construction of the existing system, and set a clear & concise expectation of the process to remedy the situation, including the new materials that would be used. The Rotor rooter team did an amazing job on my sewer line replacement! They showed me everything that was going to need to be done,and walked me through the process. Everyone that worked on my house beginning to end had great customer service and integrity! I highly recommend.
