“By far the most dependable and honest roofing company in the Twin Falls/Magic Valley area. I contacted 14 different local roofing companies in the area to get a quote on a roof repair within the last 2 years. I was given dates of when they would come out and if I was given a date, they never showed or called. Frustrating. A bigger job takes precedent over their word or a bigger repair job.
When I called Rainguard, Nate came out that day, got on the roof, surveyed it, gave me a quote and said they would be out the following week. Due to having to put my wife's dog down on the scheduled date, I called Rainguard and they showed the following day to start and complete the entire job. Excellent work.
Here's the kicker!!! While the workers were on my roof, Nate arrived and gave my wife and I a condolence card for our dog. It was signed by a lot of the Raingaurd employees. Who does that? Nate also gave me a company hat. WOW! That's customer service. I will wear that hat with pride. I'll be needing to replace my roof shortly and you know damn well who I'm going to call.
